These acrylic-based paints have a thinner consistency than the Base range, allowing them to layer beautifully without obscuring the details underneath. They are perfect for enriching tones, painting highlights and accentuating details.
Layer paints work great over Base colors and allow for a seamless transition from dark to light tones. Whether you're creating subtle shading or bright, brilliant highlights, the Layer series has the tools for every step.

Usage tip:
Apply Layer colours in thin layers. Allow each layer to dry thoroughly before applying the next. This will create deep, nuanced colour surfaces and a professional finish.
