The Vespids are insectoid, extremely fast, and fully adapted to aerial warfare. Their society is based on a strong hierarchy and pheromone communication, which is why they communicate primarily through their telepathic commanders. This is accomplished by a Strain Leader who uses a communication device equipped with T'au technology.<\/span><\/p>\n The Vespids are one of the few non-T'au species that have been able to seamlessly integrate into the T'au Empire's war machine.
